Consumer privacy is our main goal and is also regarded as part of our business. There won’t be any name or anything related to “sex doll” on your billing statement.
All packaging is discreet and anonymous, there are no labels, markings, or logos. We understand every customer cares about their dolls so our team is trying our best to meet all your needs and possible concerns about shipping.
SHIPPING FEES & TIMES
Simply speaking, we have two types of dolls from a logistics perspective:
1. IN-STOCK DOLLS
Free Shipping. Delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
If you wanna get your doll quickly, you could check our in-stock dolls. Those dolls have been shipped to our California/Florida warehouses from our factory so that you could get them soon after you placed an order – Free Shipping, product titles were ended by “US Stock”.
Once we received your order, the order details will be sent to our package arrangement system connected with our warehouse. We will ship your in-stock dolls via FedEx or UPS soon.
2. CUSTOM DOLLS
Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production time normally take 3-7 days.
For US customers, we offer Economic Shipping as well as Expedited Shipping. For AU, CA, EU, UK and other countries, we only offer Expedited Shipping.
Economic Shipping
to US:
Free Shipping. Shipped by Ocean Container Ship (from China factory to US warehouse) plus FedEx(from US warehouse to customers). It takes 4-5 weeks to deliver to US customers.
Expedited Shipping
The package will reach you in 3-10 business days after being shipped out. Price ranges from $300-$600 depending on the doll’s height and weight.
For Australia, Canadian, Europe, New Zealand, and United Kingdom customers, there might be an import tax charged by local Customs.
